01 December 2020 – As reported in press release no. 43/2020, in Germany, December 01, 2020, the ninth Senate of the Federal Labour Court in its ruling stated that crowdworkers can have an employment relationship with the crowdsourcer, as in the present case brought to its attention.
Thus, the actual ways in which the relationship is carried out and the overall assessment of all the circumstances can lead to the existence of an employment relationship between the parties.
