20 November 2020 – In the first instance, the Court of Palermo, with sentence n. 7283/2020, stated that between a rider and the company Foodihno srl (Glovo) there is a full-time and open-ended employment relationship and that the worker performs the duties of a cyclist responsible for the delivery of goods, food and drinks at home and should be included in the 6th level of the National Collective Labour Contract for Tertiary Distribution and Services.
