Italy, Order to reclassify the working position of about 60.000 riders for the four main food delivery platforms.
24 February 2021 – The Milan Public Prosecutor’s Office has ordered Foodinho srl, Glovo-Uber Eats Italy srl, Just Eat Italy srl, Deliveroo Italy srl to requalify riders who in the period from 1 January 2017 to October 2020 worked for them as hetero-organised workers pursuant to Art. 2 of Legislative Decree No. 81/2015 and to settle their social security and insurance contributions.
